Need help!!

I was in aircharge and put the same value after tune AFR command to PRatio.

I ask a AFR command of 13.00 so I put 0.0081 (Fa Enrich-0.0688+0.0081=13.00) in the mid charge I put 12.80 (0.0090) and in WOT I put 12.50(0.0112). When I log and the engine is at 210F the AFR Command is at 14.7 yet I asked for 13.0. I am in Open Loop at 100% and COT disabled. I reset my ANN (Neural Network VE) and fuel trim. I disabled the PE delay and VSS delay in power enrichment. So when I start the vehicle I should always be in PE? But the AFR Command does not change 14.7 until I do a WOT or a MID pull. I logged the (FA Power Enrichment) in VCM Scanner it only activates at 3200/RPM under that it is at 0. What can I do?hp tuner.pnghp tuner 2.png

why are you trying to use the power enrich table to control fueling when you are not in power enrich mode? just because you are in open loop does not mean you are in PE mode. and frankly there is really no reason to be tuning that way either.

ok Look in the red circle of my attachment, see that WOT Pedal Thresh box, it says 3.5098 v , everything you change on that table in the blue circle...... doesn't happen till your TB trips a minimum 3.40v

AFR Command (14.7) doesn't change, so I thought if I could force PE to activate, the AFR Command will be 13. AFR is desired if PE is active.
Do you have any idea how to change the AFR Command from 14.7 to 13?

Yeah you right I was making test to see if I could activate PE so my AFR Command at idle match what I want (13 AFR) but after change in aircharge and pratio table the 14.7 always comes back so I said to myself another table comes into play. I looked and I found nothing that could interfere with the desired AFR. Do you have any idea how I can have a desired AFR of 13 at idle?
