SRT4 Tune

Picked up one that was modded ( big turbo, BC cams, 1200cc FIC injectors, etc) and was told it had a tune on it. But I'm questioning how good that tune is. Anyone able to look at this file and tell me if that's the case?

ya the tune isn't great. is the car on gas or E85 ? because its set to Gas in tune but the Ign timing is very dangers for gas on a big turbo. alot of things wrong that i dont like. i have 15+ years experience tuning these i can take care of you .
