2021 Jeep Gladiator 3.0L Diesel Help

Hi All,

I haven't messed with Dodge tuning except one early 2000's Ram.

I have a buddy with a 2021 Gladiator with the 3.0L EcoDiesel and 8 speed transmission. I am trying to fine a tune file to see what options are even available. It takes too much throttle to downshift and he was wanting to fix that.

Back up a step, I haven't even read one of these or know much about them. It seems it's a supported vehicle, we have to get the Smart Access Cable, have to get the computer service...then maybe I can read it? Not sure if I need the MPVI3, but it seems my old tried and true MPVI may work from some of the notes.

If anyone has any insights, I would really appreciate it. I was hoping to find a stock file to look at before sinking money into this for nothing.

Draw your file and I can give you a compare file . There are a few background changes that need to be made for you to not have a hacked tune

pretty sure you need at least a MPVI2 to read and tune a Ecodiesel

Well, I got in and have a tune that's been edited. Now I just need a stock file to compare to so I can look into some issues step by step.

Does anyone have a stock file they can share?
