I've got a 2012 CTS-V. In the future I got some engine plans, but for now I'd like to get the transmission feeling more enjoyable to drive.

The transmission shifts soft and slow. It's not to fun to drive unless I put it in manual shifting and control the transmission shifting, but it still feels soft and slow. I've googled and read about tuning the transmission but I really don't want to experiment on my transmission and risk messing it up. I have a decent understanding on my 4L60E, but the transmission in the V is way different.

I've tried Bluecat Transmission Software and it really didn't help. Bluecat worked well on my Gen 3 4L60E but it didn't help the V.

I'm looking, asking for any knowledgeable help on making the transmission feel better, feel funner to drive, and have firmer quicker shifts.
