MPVI3 Stand Alone Data Logging

Has anyone manage to get the stand alone data logging working on the MG1 ECU.
When I try mine it seems to do what it is meant to do then the light flashes a few times the megenta color and then it goes back to green and on logging.
He are my steps
1. Help Resync Interface
2. Vehicle Connect
3. Vehicle Repoll
4. Vehicle Disconnect
5. Vehicle MPVI 2
Channel Configs
6. Resync Interface Resource
7. Write Channles
Start/Stop Triggers
User Initiated
Start Trigger Short Button Press
Stop Trigger Short Button Press
Disconnect the MPVI3 from the laptop
Disconnect the MPVI3 from the ski
Reconnect the MPVI 3 to ski
start the ski
Press the button
Light starts to flash megenta for a couple of seconds then goes back to green
NO logging
