Tried the out of the box instructions, but when we went to Resync Interface, it came out with an error. After that error, I tried again and it said Retrying Interface..or something like that. Any help would be appreciated.

install net framework 8 & the newest 5.1.4xxx beta build and try resync again. I suspect this will resolve your issue.
