So, we have all gotten very used to delays or non-existence of documentation... I noticed two new features in tunertools. At least they are new to me. Binary Patcher, and Tune Modifications. Looked in all of the usual places, no info, so, what are they and what do they do?

The binary patcher seems to be the same thing we are doing for free with the other softwares. The tune mod idk.
