Raising boost on xp 4 turbo

I have some background tuning na to boosted vehicles but almost none on factory turbo charged vehicles. I am trying to raise the boost by 2psi when WOT but I dont think Ive found the magic recipe yet. Here is the file. I would also like to raise the desired tq value and desired engine load. Do I need to mess with the wastegate duty cycle feedforward?

For some reason it is not letting me attach a log but boost is around 15 psi and im aiming for 17.
