MPVI3, ProLink+, AEM 30-4110 Not connecting in VCM Scanner

I hooked up my wideband to my prolink+ and added a PID in scanner for wideband equivalence ratio>AEM 30-4110, when i connect scanner to vehicle it shows the broken chain icon and when i click record it completely disappears from the PID list until i stop recording...

this is how i have my AEM>Prolink wiring setup
    AEM
    Red-12v power (confirmed)
    AEM/Prolink same ground (confirmed)
White- Prolink Red wire (tried blue wire as well)
    Blue- unused

    Prolink
    AEM/Prolink same ground (confirmed)
    Red- AEM white wire
Blue (again tried this wire with AEM white to no avail)
    Orange- unused
    Yellow- unused

could anybody help point out what i am doing wrong/havent tried yet and or help troubleshoot my issue?
gotta have the wideband for the tuner

I would like to know too i got mine hooked up but it won't read below 14.2 in thescan.while the guage flatlines lean i don't know which to believe hptuners isn't all that great definitely has to many problems almost never runs smooth always dropping out.the tune keeps changing itself this has been a nightmare. Customer service is almost non existent unless you know an employee personally. I thought i was going to save a little money but no chance it's the opposite.
