No throttle-did I brick this thing?

I have been having some throttle issues (dead throttle after starting, showed DTC code P2123) after installing an Auto-Blip system in the car. Auto-Blip told me to double check grounds (which I have) but now, with the system unhooked completely, I have no throttle. With ignition turned on but car not running, I get voltage changes at the wires coming out of the pedal but no changes at the throttle body. When I was having prior dead throttle problems, clearing the code cleared the problem. I drove the car all over yesterday with no issues but today, after loading an older (and well known tune) the car had a dead pedal. I reloaded the tune from yesterday, did not cure the problem. I did an entire load tune, did not cure the problem. I unhooked battery for 15 minutes, loaded the entire tune from yesterday and suddenly had working throttle again. Awesome, I thought, so I shut car off and went inside to get my wallet so I could go on a drive. Started car, dead throttle again. No DTC codes, cleared codes anyways, still nothing. I currently have battery disconnected again and will do an entire tune load but I deeply concerned that I have bricked the ECM.
I attached the current tune and a log where you can see me pushing the pedal but nothing happens to the throttle body. Curious, I am pushing the pedal to the floor and it shows only 42%. Incase you think it's a pedal problem, I have another pedal and it shows the same thing.25-06-15 09-57-37.hplCamaro street tune.hpt

It doesn't have any codes because they're all turned off. All the pertinent throttle body codes are set to NER.

Not sure if anywhere in that wall of text you say what you are actually working on. Is this a swap with a pedal, tax, ECM mismatch?

I loaded the tune that came with the motor, which has the dtc codes still active and got a P2138 and P2021. I did a lot of messing around with it today and long story short, if the auto-blip wires to the pedal are hooked up, even with the power turned off to the Auto-Blip, the pedal is dead. I unhooked the wires and drove it around all evening without issues. I have sent an email to Auto-Blip asking them what's up. I've had the system on the car for months and suddenly this happens

Wonder what changed between then and now?

I figured it out. TLDR the Auto-Blip and my traction control both use the clutch switch and with the power to the Auto-Blip switched off, there was a signal feedback that caused the ECM to shut off any signal to the throttle body. It?s a unique situation where all the tech in my car wasn?t playing nice together.
