Caprice dod tuning issues

I did a DOD delete on a 2014 chevy caprice ppv 6.0 and installed a Texas speed stage 1 ls3 na cam, btr push rods, btr dual valve springs and other related parts for the delete. I had it remote tuned and it idles, runs and shifts decent until I go full throttle and it downshifts multiple gears .I don't think the trans is slipping,I 'm not sure the best way to explain it but it does hesitate and rpms flare up. I/f i ease into it before flooring it there's no issues , it'll rev and shift smooth. Its also been coding for p0016 , p0521,p3401 and p3425. Is it possible that I or the tuner missed something ? tuning is new to me, I will attach a log file but im not sure what other info you guys might need to even give me advice with this. Any tips or advice would be appreciated

None of those codes were in the log. Maybe you are looking at old permanent codes.

My advice would be check trans fluid. Most of these cars will start to slip, flare, etc.. just being a half quart low in fluid.

I did check the fluid level before posting this. I wish the damn thing had a dipstick but I checked it at temp while running and there was a constant drip when I pulled the plug so I'm assuming the level is good. Ive never had trans issues until after the cam swap so I was hoping it was a software / tune issue. Also the trans does not flare between shifts, it's doing it during hard acceleration in gear after downshifting.
