8hp70 swapped into 2011 Ram help

So I just finished up my swap into my 2011 Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi 4x4. Just have a few more minor things to do and it'll be done. I reconnected the battery after work today and wired up the SGA harness. I can talk to the transmission now with a scan tool, but I need to know what to change in hp tuners to let the SGA module communicate with the trucks BUS system. Cause when I hook up the CAN bus wires up, the whole BUS network goes down and I get NO BUS on the dash. Thanks everyone.

I used the SGA harness. When i first hooked my system up, I did NOT need to modify anything in HP tuners to allow it to work.

The harness reads information already present on the canbus network to provide RPM, torque, etc. to the transmission to shift.

What SGA will do to make it a fully functional setup is edit the hex code within the tune file and use HPtuners as a method of applying the changes. What they do is much deeper than what HP tuners allows, as the tune file that it pulls has much more data than just engine management.

If you are having data communication issues, i would suggest that you have hooked up into the wrong wires or inverted the connection.

Like i said you can run without even changing anything within HP tuners, but you will have missing features. No cruise control, no torque management, and considering the vehicle does not know park/neutral/drive/reverse you may lose memory functions (that can only work in park), you may lose reverse lights and camera, etc.
