C10 ls 4l60 swap No OD or downshifts???

So I recently did a lil 5.3 4l60 swap with a summit pro ls camshaft springs and a 2800 stall converter.
Longtube headers blah blah blah. Got truck tuned and running good on the dyno and was feeling good.
Went out on the street and it was a dog. Stock 2.73 gears and the stall was not happy with each other.

So swap in a set of 4.11 and problems start. Before the gears i had od and downshifting. Now i get
1 to 2 to 3 and thats that. Until i come to a stop, rinse and repeat. Also after gear change the shifts were
super stacked. Its shifts 1,2,3 just as fast as it could. So went and strectched the shift scheduling out
a lil to help. That fixed the stacked shifting. But i adjusted the wot tps value down to try and get it to down shift but it didnt help.
Any advice would greatly be appreciated!!!

Did you change the .HPT file accordingly after the gear swap?

Log is from monday I believe. Also yes i have made revisions to the tune using the bluecat tool and populating those tables.
It is definitely better than before but i still dont get normal driving downshifts. Like climbing hills etc. and defineitely does not have
overdrive unless i command it with the scanner

This will fix the incorrect Trans Revs/mile. The calculated tire dia was 24.99". Looks like your throttle is only opening to 71-78% most of the time, fix that.

What is the overall diameter of your rear tire? (Use a tape measure)

I want to say thank you sir for the help, and after i loaded the file i saw a immediate change. Shifting was better and i actually saw o/d. Like it was a proper truck. I was so friggin happy.
For a short period i was convinced it was fixed. Well I stopped and got fuel and went to continue on, then all of a sudden back to reality.

Staight back to the 1, 2, 3 and stuck. It did however throw a p1810 code for TFP valve position switch circuit. So there's that. I cleared code and re-wrote the file
Hoping for a change but it did not. Here is a log from right after i loaded file and one after i re-wrote file. I have not fixed the throttle not completely opening. Sorry!
But it will be handled in the morning. Any who here are the logs
