    just changed to 4.10 gears in my 2006 5.3 5 speed tranny and need to calibrate speedo

    ok i am stumped on how to make the speedo work correctly on my 06 silverado 5 speed. i just switched to 4.10 gears and it will not correct it the right way in auto scaling ?

    i have a 29.2 tire with 4.10 gears now with the stock 5 speed trans

    Have you used the bluecat trans tool to reset all the shift points?

    ECM 5002 (Trans Revolutions/Mile) - 2831.825
    ECM 9000 (VSS Pulses Per Mile) - 113273
    ECM 9050 (Final Drive Ratio) - 4.10

    i just came across this old thread cause i am having the same issue the only difference is i have a 28.7 tire and the same 4.10 gears. can someone help with the formula to dial in my speedometer? i already tried the gear/tire wizard
