Low Voltage question

My voltage at idle is 13.4 and 13.6 while driving. I Didn't know that the gen 4 ls dr44 alternator needs a signal to change the default voltage. My question is, is this too low and will it affect my tune or should I do the gen 3 voltage regulator swap?
