    L86/10L80 Swap Having "Issues"

I have a 2019 L86 with 10 speed 4wd out of an Escalade that was swapped into a Jeep. I removed DOD and VVT utilizing a Texas Speed camshaft (218/230 .610/.610 114+6 10% Fuel Lobe). Intake, bore, and injectors are stock. Running an Aeromotive 340 in the stock Jeep tank with a fuel filter/regulator on the frame (No FPCM). Fabricated 3.5" intake with oil separator plumbed in as well.

I had a tuner provide a base tune to start the truck, and it did. Seemed to idle okay, slight bit of hunting. Actually drove it a few times, and he would update the tune based upon logs I sent. Had good power initially.

From the start, the truck would die at low speeds (less than 10 mph) under part or no throttle. It seemed like after every consecutive drive, log, and updated tune, it ran worse, until now it will start, rough idle, and die after 30-60 seconds.

I have pulled the intake 3 times to verify no leaks at the HP fuel lines or rails, verified there is +/- 59psi at the HP pump demarcation connection, grounds are all tight, and 12v+ from the battery (although voltage does drop a bit until the alternator kicks in).

I am not sure what else to check mechanically that would cause this, so I am hoping there might be something in the tune causing this. I have compared the tune to a 2018 L86 swap that I did a few years ago, and I see nothing glaringly different.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Who ever did this shut off FPCM Fitted in the general tab of the fuel system.
They also changed the Cooling FAN Type, not sure why.
I'm not sure what is being done when shutting off the FPCM unless it was removed?

It looks like the Idle speed control wasn't adjusted (looks stock and not for an aftermarket cam). I think this is where it would catch the throttle before the engine dies.

He bumped up the Rolling Idle and Startup Idle speeds possibly to try to catch the issue, but I'm curious to why your VVE logging is so rich. And, there is way too much spark in your high octane table.

*Sidenote - I am a newb with some experience working on my own Silverado currently. I do try to watch what the tuner is changing so I can see the differences and then go watch youtube videos about the tables that are modified and how to log channels. i'm sure I'm missing things in the file, but will offer a little insight to what i see.

Thanks for the reply! I am just starting to learn, but no where near ready to tackle this - the fear of destruction is still too great.

This is a swap, so I am not using the FPCM, just an Aeromotive 340 in tank with filter/regulator. Fan is from a 2015 Camaro, so PWM @100hz lets the ECM operate the fan. No cats, either.

I will look into these areas and talk to the tuner.

    Thank you!

Rolling idle RPM seem off. i know not everyone practices uniformity but if he bumps the base idle tables up by lets just say 200 rpm the same should be reflected in all tables dealing with idle rpm.
