2009 silverado 1500 6.0 swap idles but runs terrible

hey all! I have myself in a bit of a pickle here
    I bought a 2009 Silverado 1500 LTZ with a blown 5.3

I went and picked up a 2008 Silverado 2500 parts truck, pulled the 6.0 rebuilt it and put a truck norris cam in it.
did a segment swap and basically have the truck running but it runs very lean. anything i try to do at this point just makes things worse, if anyone could take a look at my tune and shed some light I would be grateful

I hope everyone out there is having a great weekendjune 21.hpljune 21 2025.hpt

I suggest not doing the segment swap and just doing the tuning changes manually.

Adjust the idle and timing, as well as the idle airflow tables yourself. Then start working on the MAF and VVE to get the fueling under control.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    Yes do it this way.

When a customer brings me a 454 to go into a new Camaro or truck.. I don't start segment swapping.. just start tuning. That is the way this should be handled. To many people copy over things they don't understand not knowing there is stuff behind the scenes we can't see.
