Air pump issue?

At both 1:12 and 3:37 the air pump turns on and the car appears to leave closed loop but I don't know why. I think it started after I changed the closed loop settings to switch better with the long tube headers. It has only ever happened while cruising in gear, and it seems random but happens pretty regularly now. The pump never comes on otherwise. Does anybody have any ideas?

The headers don't have provisions for air so the pump is installed but not connected to anything; it just makes loud air pump noises, for what its worth.

That would resolve the noise for sure. I worry that it's just a symptom of something else in this case though.

Have you tried unplugging the pump and changing the codes to "NER" and running the same test?

The codes are NER already, but I will try unplugging the pump and logging to see if the car still drops out of CL.
