2010 6.1 procharged Challenger Throttle jump

Been chasing this thing for days trying to figure out why the throttle jumps from (roughly) 30% to 60% with next to no pedal movement. Its like a light switch... I've massaged the tb airflow table and driver demand a ton to try and get rid of it, but it just wont go away. any ideas guys?2010 6.1 Challenger procharger throttle edit 5.hpt2010 charger throttle jump.hpl

First thing to do is put the throttle body model back to stock and try it.

I'd put all the ETC tables back to stock and only change what you absolutely have to in order to make it idle.

For my ProCharged 5.7, I had to add air to the ETC Throttle Body Airflow, Desired Throttle Small Range, and Desired Throttle Large Range tables. Start with the this, for the ETC table reduce values 5% below 1V and remove 10% (<1V) from the Small and Large Range table values.

Here it is with stock throttle settings besides idle obviously. same jump, even though I know better we put a new throttle body on it, no significant change.
