2009 CTS performance shift parameter
Is there an adjustable parameter for when the car engages the performance shift mode? I've been trying to find one but I can't.

Post a tune so we can see. Sport mode may be using "Pattern Y" whereas D may be Pattern X; then you can make changes to the tables of those patterns.

CTS 3.6 DI RWD performance tune v1.0 (2).hpt
Here's the file I've been playing around with. I've found out that Normal/pattern X is for drive, Pattern A/pattern X is for cruise control, and Pattern B/pattern Y is sport mode, but I don't see anything specifically for the performance shift mode that gets activated under certain acceleration/braking conditions.

For the Camaro (see file here https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...ng-help-needed) Pattern A is Performance and Pattern B is Trailer. Wonder if you could change one of your patterns to Performance, although the description says that it's not recommended to change, so not sure what could happen...

After some research, it looks like the pattern labels (performance/trailer/etc) are used as tags for communication between the bcm and tcm. After logging, it shows me that the tcm still uses pattern B when in the performance shift mode. Maybe changing the tag to performance could do something, but so far, it's looking like the settings for the performance shift mode are inaccessible.
