street rod swapped calibration, has a pulley and injectors. After about 20% acc pedal position, the throttle will limp and give about 20% max throttle modulation. I have tried many variations around this to no avail, seems all the MAP sensors work, no voltage drop to PCM, throttle sweeps correctly KOEO, all other sensor data seems sane. Any help is appreciated.
All the other codes seem to show up after the throttle is limped, and not consistent either. Other scan tools they do not show up,and can't get them to clear KOEO either.
