    4l80e 1-2 brutal shift

03 chevy silverado SS i segment swapped a 4l80e in.
3600 stall converter with a transgo HD2 kit, All stock other wise.
Sent log and talked to transgo tech support because i figured a .100" hole in the (1-2)seperator plate was too big but they believe it is a tune problem commanding crazy high pressure after looking at the log.
I'm sure the tune is ugly, but was wondering if someone could take a look because i feel like something isnt right on the 1-2 shift. It chirps the tires on a 1/2 throttle and its just a stock lq9 pretty unpleasant.

The shift pressures are maxed out. My advise would be to start with stock pressure first.

Even with stock pressure tables it's gonna hit pretty hard with that shift kit.

Especially with a .100 hole in plate and if they used the Transgo accumulator springs.

Transgo told me since the converter is so loose .100 wouldn't be a problem. Talked to a couple guys on other forums they had to go a little smaller with the 1-2 hole though. The other shifts are really nice at .100 just not the 1-2.

Transgo: "yes it seems to be a tune issue, here’s screenshot of the data where you can see the TSS is not reading (only the 60E has that) , it shows a 3-2 downshift PWM solenoid that does not exist in a 4L80E, and it thinks the lock-up is slipping almost 2000 RPM since the TSS remains at zero all the time when in fact it is locked up solid. You can also see in the red circle I added where the computer is commanding really low amperage (which equals to high pressure) in 1st and 2nd gear up until it is about ready to make the 2-3 shift."

So you dont have the TSS connector wired in?
4L80 has it right above the shifter shaft.

Are you sure you have the TSS wired to the PCM correct pins?
