Trans -> Torque Management -> Min TPS upshift

Does anyone know why the trucks have the min TPS to enable upshift torque management set at 25 for the 1-2 shift?

I have checked Camaro and corvette files with the 8l90 and they have theirs set at 2 for the 1-2 shift. I set mine to 2 as well and so far it really seems to greatly improve the harsh 1-2 shift the 8l90 is infamous for. I plan to keep testing it but so far its so much smoother. Just wanted to know if there was a reason why GM did that for the trucks that i may not be aware of. Wanted to check the files for a T87a truck file to see if it was also set at 25 since i know there are some changes made to the tune up for the later year model 8l90 but wasn't able to find one.
