to turn of o2 sensors go to fuel/o2 sensor/ o2 readiness ect and set that to 250c(490F), then ltft and set min ect to 250c and max ect to -35

no problem, for maf only you gotta go to airflow/dynamic and lower the rpm in high rpm disable/ re-enable to lower than idle rpm
