Fisrt I would check to make sure all your injector data is correct. Second, Build you a histogram for STFT + LTFT or do each one separate.

thank you mstang_man. i did injectors from GT500 dial in. now i did open loop tune with my external AEM wideband. all i need to know where should i go to adjust fuel for it when it runs lear or rich.
should i go to Edit tap and speed density cal then adjust fuel there?

No need to add an external wideband. It has 2 built in; you just have to read them. You logged both, one going lean and one flatlined at 2.00 the entire time. Fuel system is fault status. My guess is when you installed your high flow cats, you damaged the Bank1 O2 sensor or wiring, or didn't plug it in all the way. I wouldn't change anything until that is fixed. I can't tell what your fuel pressure is, but if it's over 65 then the injector data has errors. And where did you get the 3 bar MAP sensor slope and offset?

    Is this truck boosted?

Your injector data is off. Once corrected, that should improve you fuel trims.

This is how I dialed in each mapped point. I made a histogram for each mapped point that is being used. At the bottom, I narrowed down the pressure that is being used for each mapped point so I wasn't getting unnecessary information. The 85 under function meant that it will only sample data when its at that mapped point 85-100%. I hope this helps.

So you're correcting fuel trims within each mapped point? How are you doing that? Seems confusing.
