Intake Air Temp is ok for the Then pegs to 284F after 8 min of running

I'm just getting ready to start my tuning process, but I was reviewing my last log file and I noticed that my Intake Air temp is jumping from I would say normal 90F to over 200F plus. Then down again. I checked the MAF plug, and it looks ok. Is that value always a live log value or could I reach some set point that cause this to stop logging correctly? I'm not sure what would cause this...... Don't think I can really try and tune until I understand what is going on with that thing..

If you look at the 8:20 mark you will see it jump up then is high till the 8:23 mark and it drops down low. The Car stalls and I logged a little longer and the value stays around 120F

Can someone look at this log file and give me any suggestions?

Check wiring and try a new sensor.

I did have a bad PCM show up like this. Anytime it you floored the car the IAT would max out.

This ended up being a broken wire in the harness. Cut the section out and resoldered it. Looks good now hope that was it..
