1996 Viper

I am unable to get the scanner to show data while engine is running. It pulls data and will record only if the key is in run position with engine off. I have re-polled for supported parameters with no luck. I?ve made user defined pids, however, I can?t t add them to channels because user defined pids are not listed on the drop down. I have removed all channels and added vehicle default. I have updated vcm editor and tried both stable and beta versions.

There are no issues with vcm editor reading or writing.

I have no issues pulling the same data with my autoenginuity or autel scan tools.

Any input would be greatly appreciated
