LTFT seems to not respond to VE changes

Tuning on a 2009 ram 5.7 with comp cams stg 2 HTR (and req. springs) and stock everything else. did the usual base file set up. Noted that the idle trims were -33% or so. Found Nueral network disabled when i read the file, so left that alone. Just to get started i took 25% off the VE tables in the idle region. Flashed that, reset all adaptives, and scanned, found the trims still -30%, so as a diagnostic test, took -50% off both tables, still reads the same -30% odd LTFT.
Am i missing a simple step? Is the nueral switch backwards in the ECU? The wideband shows stoic at idle, so somehow the trims are doing there job.

I have attached the as found file and the one where i took 50% or so off the ve tables and a idle log of the 50% off file.

try enabling ANN I have seen it back words before, you may want to add fuel back in the VE after you do that.
