    Exclamation MPVI3 Firmware upate issues interface not working after credits purchased

    Im Dexter from Highend Auto Solutions in Miami, FL. Im hoping someone here can help me out with an issue Ive been experiencing since last night.
    I recently purchased 8 credits, and when I tried to resync my MPVI3 interface, I got a prompt saying a firmware update was required. This was unexpected, as the interface was working fine and reading the car before I bought the credits. Now, I cant do anything with it ? it won't proceed past the firmware update requirement.
    It?s been a while since I last used the interface, so I figured maybe a quick update was needed. However, the firmware update seems stuck or unresponsive. Ive tried this on two different laptops ? one of them is my wifes, which has no automotive software installed ? and still ran into the same issue. I even did a fresh install of the software, but no luck.
    From what Ive read, the firmware update process shouldnt take this long. It almost seems like the interface got disconnected or bricked when I attempted to resync for the universal credits.
    Ive submitted a support ticket (#496897), but its the weekend and I need to get this resolved ASAP for a customer.
    Has anyone else run into this issue? Any advice or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

    update to the newest net framework & newest beta software and try reading the vehicle. Fixes it almost everytime.

    Hello we tried this and like on the video it just won’t load. I downloaded the most updated software version also opened a ticket. Even tried to do it from a different lab top. Nothing worked. I have downloaded the wizard setup for vcm suite (beta) 5.1.4563.0 i did this multiple times; i even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling but when I open the info on the editor or scanner I'm still seeing the 5.0.4 version. I took it a step further and installed it on a computer that didnt even have the program and still showing the same results

    CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H

    when I plug in the interface I end up with this : see attached picture. I allowed it to run 4 hours and it stayed in the same spot with a blinking green light. In addition attempted with my personal car that I had already flashed a while ago and still nothing seems to be allowing the interface to update nor the internal software from the HP site.

    I have opened a support ticket #496897, in addition have the universal credits that my customer paid for sitting on the website and not on my interface in attempt to get my customers car flashed. How can we get this fixed today ? i hope to hear from someone soon.

    vcm suite version 5.1.x requires net framework 8.0 iirc, looks like you are running 4.x

    Good evening, we have tried everything you have mentioned also opened a support ticket. I will need for someone to please reach out to me and remote access my computer so that you can see for yourself that there is a disconnect with the handheld interface alongside the software from your website. Our labtop has the recent update that was released. In addition I don’t think that HP Tuner staff understands that we have exhausted all the resources available to make this work. We have tried 3 different laptops one that didn’t even have suites installed. This is very frustrating that this company has a total disregard for anything and everything that was mentioned above in detail.
