Strange Sources in log. Jumps throu diffrent maps random

Hello!

Tuning a Ford Mustang 2017 with a VMP Supercharger kit now.

But it acts really really strange in the mapped points..

You can see in picture here that it jumps a lot on both Spark Source, Fuel source, Driver demand and VCT Schedule mode to "Unknown maps"

We have tester mounted another throttle body checked wiring and everything. And it behaves the same whatever we de.

Tuned a lot of those but have never seen this behavior before.


I should say that it had been tuned with SCT Before. But has been restored to ori before with sct unit before started tuning with hpt.


Do any one have an idea?

Never seen it happen, but it's saying Torque Source is ETM FMEM the entire time, which appears to be putting the ECU into some form of a fail safe from what I can tell when it comes to your tables. Looks like you have it locked to map point 15 only and it's not happy with something. Throttle Angle source is also in FMEM, check your sensors make sure everything is plugged in correctly, else since it was flashed back maybe something corrupted with the tune itself?

I'm going to assume something is wrong with the file. It looks completely screwed up. Surprised the car even runs honestly.
Maybe try flashing the stock file back on the car, re-read it with HPT and re flash again to see if it changes. If not maybe need to find another file to start with.

Whatever we do in tune. It keeps jumping between the Unknown maps.

Its a VMP stage 2 supercharget kit.

We have tried using stock TB. making all electrical stock. Diffrent version of tunes, Stock file. etc. And still jumps like this whatever we do. No diffrence at all.


Im guessing SCT has made something strange outside calibration area in tune thats messing things up.

We have tried flashing back stock with SCT Tuner.

But samething whatever we do.

Im thinking of going to Ford dealer and upgrade to latest OS and work from it and see if that could help.

The problem is Solved.

After updated OS on Ford dealership all is OK. So it seems like the SCT Flasher messed up somewhere outside calibration area that fucked everything up.
All maps are good and stable now and does what it is supposed to in tune
