    07 Sierra speedometer reading slow

The truck is 100% stock from what I was told. The only change is the owner put 22" rims with 275/50/r22 tires on it. Now the speedometer shows 10 mph slower than GPS speed travelling 55mph according to the GPS. I used the gear/tire wizard to make adjustments, loaded the tune in, reset then preset the trans adapt and the speedometer is still reading slow. I logged every speed sensor option I could find in the scanner. The driven wheel sensor is matching the vehicle speed, which matches what the speedometer is showing. The other 5 speeds match the speed the GPS is showing. You can't see it in the log, but the vehicle speed in the chart was jumping back and forth between the speedometer and the GPS speeds. I hooked up an Amazon scanner a buddy had, logged the speed sensors and all three matched the GPS speed.

Did I miss adjusting a parameter in tune? Would this be caused by a faulty sensor? Could this be caused by something else other than the speed sensors?
