    99 C5 Corvette, upgraded to a lS2 TB and LS2 intake & H/C, TB need adjustment?

    Just put my car back together, its a c5 frc 6 speed, was completely stock, now it has ported heads, LS2 TB & intake, sloppy stage 2 cam, 1 7/8 long tubes, full 3" exhaust, upgraded to a 5 pin mafs as well.
    I have a pretty good base tune for it, however didnt do any changes to the throttle body tables from switching from stock 3 bolt dbw 78mm to a 90mm LS2 TB. car starts and runs fine with me working the throttle, however, throttle will not raise on its own or save itself from stalling, but throttle does works with pedal application,,,is there parameters that need be adjusted for the LS2 TB, attached is the tune file, once i can get that car running on its own, ill attach logs.

    Your injector data is wrong. One part is set up for MAP referenced reg. and another is not. Yes, adjustments will need to be made for the TB. It may be as simple as BRAF adj. but may also involve scalar changes. I have never done it, but with some more research it should not be too difficult to figure out.

    Based on all the changes you have made to the hardware, I suggest you don't go out and put this thing under heavy load (no throttle jockey stuff) until you know how to build up the .HPT file one step at a time. If you don't have a WBO2 to log, I suggest you get one or pay a pro to sort out the WOT stuff.

    It would be the MAF that needs tuning.

    Swapping to a LS2 throttle body on these usually leaves them idling a bit higher and hanging idle if anything. It should still take throttle. It won't lean out significantly or anything.

    That MAF though will definitely take retuning.

    i forgot to mention im running factory LS3 injectors.
    Whats weird is that if i dont work the pedal, it will not start or stay running, but before i put my accessory belt on ( was waiting on my new tensioner to come in) i would be able to pedal it to start and easy off and the engine would idle on it own,,,that little extra load now with the belt drags it down.
