    Unknown controllers detected....HELP

    I'm new to HPTuners. I'm trying to connect the VCM Editor to my 2022 F350 7.3. When I click on "Read Vehicle" it keeps saying "Unknown controllers detected. Specify or read again." If I click read again, it says "skipped" to the right of the Hardware dropdown box and then the status box goes green and nothing happens. ????

    I figured it out. Recently took a class with Mark Wheeler and was able to reach out to him and he advised me to try the TC-298 B which was successful.
