Just did a texas speed cam with vvt and deleted the mds. Resurfaced heads and touched up valves and seats. Ran good for about 2 days then began running extremely rich. Fault p0172(b1s1 rich) and random misfire faults. Troubleshot faults and didnt find any issues. Bank 1 o2 is maxxed out rich. New coils plugs and o2 sensors. Checked for vaccum leaks and verified all sensors are reading correctly. Removed plugs and found all on bank 1 covered in soot. Bank 2 were clean and looked normal. Can someone look at the file and verifiy i didnt miss anything. Or have any suggestions Thanks in advance!

A lot of possibility's there. Is the cam timed properly during assembly? Did you replace the lifters? Have you done a full compression test? Quick look at your file and i see the NN still enabled. Have you tuned the fueling? It is most likely a actual fault, like a harness plug not seated or a bad ground. It is so easy to miss the basics, the number of times i have trolled through my tunes looking for faults when its just a normal engine/wiring/sensor/fuel system issue.
i did a compression test before doing the camshaft. The engine is higher mileage and not ideal but it was the customers call. I found he had just replaced the injectors with cheap injectors. Changed the injectors and b1s1 rich fault went away and fuel trims came back to normal. I still have some excessive smoke coming from the exhaust. I put about 2 hours of driving on it thinking the cats were just full of fuel but it still hasnt cleared up. I did not change the fueling at all. i just disabled the MDS settings.
If it ran good for two days and then started acting up i dont think its tune related unless you have your adaptations on.
I didn't look at your file but I would disable NN, disable all fuel compensation stuff. dial in your fuel trims then try turning on whatever you turned off one parameter at a time.
usually with a bigger cam you either use NN trainer or disable it, dial in your VE tables then turn your o2 sensors back on. Thats my way at least.
if you by any chance replaced the exhaust manifold gasket with anything other then the factory it can do that. been there went through it i triple checked rockers plus and i was getting ready to lose my damn mind until i decided to replace the header gasket with oem gaskets and bam no more issue's.
