Rebuilt 6l80 transmission with Transgo shift kit, TCC pressure regulator, new pump, experiencing harsh shifts. It has a stock stall billet torque converter and it is mated to a gen 5 5.3 DOD deleted, with 6.2 cam. My brother describes harsh shifts while driving especially 1-2 and 2-3. I drove it and it feels normal to me but the shifts do sound oddly louder, like a quick pop when it changes gears, though it does have long tube headers. I set 0 slip and no TCC lockup on 1-4, and upped line pressure a bit, all recommended changes by Matt Stafford and HP tuners videos.

I'm thinking someone on here can spot something in the log that could be causing what he describes.
