Ls 0411 pcm l31 vortec swap wot value dosent work in a 96 sierra

pcm work fine
part throttle work awesome
use bluecat to tune wot
right mph cluster/scanner/gps

but truck wont shift wot and dosent command gear change in wot situation
lower mph and rpm to test it and we bang the rpm

do we have something to modify in vss pulse, trans rev miles or reluctor in speedo section to make it work ?

Set the WOT MPH like 10 mph lower then use WOT RPM to control the start of the shift.

GM had a TSB for the VSS on the early Vortec GMT400 trucks that can effect shifting.
