Tuning VE on new turbo LQ4

Truck was professionally tuned with different turbo and cam...and I changed a few parts. Its a 370ci LQ4 with flat tops, fulltime E85, changed turbo to FP 8088 T6, home built hotside (similar to Fahler speed log manifold), Summit stage 2 turbo camshaft (226/230 .600/.575 113), fuel injector clinic 1200cc/min, walbro 525, -8 feed and -8 return, circle D 3600 billet single disc, stage 3 jakes performance 4l80e, magnafuel 1:1 regulator, AEM x series wideband and AEM fuel pressure sensor (both logged via prolink). I think I have my EQ/AFR error histogram setup correctly so if thats true....is this really that rich? To apply the changes I would copy and paste the error percent into my VE table, correct? Please critique this tune because I want to learn all I can. Someone told me this tune is scaled....how is it scaled? by cutting the injector data in half, then half'ing everything that is load based? Also, is there any recommended changes to the transmission side? I changed the TCC lockup and it seemed to drive better and pull harder. If I am missing critical channels please let me know, this is only my 2nd or 3rd time. thank you for your time.DP final with 4.10 minus tc lockup idle changed.hptfirst decent log.hpl

I am thoroughly confused by your tune. Doing the increase stoich/decrease IFR accomplishes nothing useful on a p59, because it does not have the small injector flow cap of the later computers. However, what I am most curious about is why your fueling section shows no transient tab.

The guy who tuned it seemed confident and it did drive great. Am i setting up the histograms correctly?

You need to add cyl air to your logged channels in order to tell where you are on your spark map, but otherwise you have the basic channels covered. Without your xml file it is impossible to tell how you have your histograms set up. Your log data does not carry the setup data with it, only the channels.
edit-- I still have no idea why your OS is not showing a transient fueling tab. I have never seen that with these computers, but as a hobbyist there are several OS numbers I have never messed with.

After some reading, i too am confused why this tuner would try a E38 tactic on a P59 pcm. If i wanted to put my stoich table back to 14.7 and put the correct FIC 1200 data back to the data fuel injector clinic provides, what issues would that cause? i guess what im getting at is why would someone take the doule stoich/ half IFR to begin with on a platform like this?
