Gen 2 coyote eq ratio commanded sitting to rich

New Coyote tuner here. Looking to tune this for boost but at idle the car keeps commanding more fuel. Sure I missed something in the tune. Also the timing at idle seems real low. I have a code for a map/gas pedal correlation but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I have a new harness for the upgraded throttle body coming.

I see all sorts of problems here.

You have some sort of throttle error which is putting it in pedal follower mode. I wouldn't bother fixing anything else until that is addressed.

You've commanded MP0 at idle instead of the stock timing of MP1 or 2.

MAF curve looks a bit jacked up, but not necessarily where you're idling.

Where did you source the MAF and Injector data?

Log has way too many parameters.

I didn't look that deep at the tune file because there are so many obvious errors that need to be addressed first. I would suggest reverting to stock parameters unless you have some very specific reason for change.

injector data is from ID. Got it right off their website. I'll switch out those throttle body harnesses and start there. What exactly is pedal follower mode and would that cause the car to command a richer afr?

Throttle follower mode is one form of FMEM where it’s managing the effects of some failure, in this case apparently bypassing throttle control logic. I don’t know for sure that it’s causing high fuel trims but if anything is wrong and the pcm is in FMEM mode, it’s smarter to fix what’s wrong before trying to tune anything.

Where did the maf data come from?
