Hello I’m new to HP Tuners and tuning in general. I’m building a turbo kit for my jeep and I have everything hooked up and running. I have a shop here in my town that works exclusively with HP and is willing to help me with the tune but, as soon as he plugged the tuner into the OBD II port the write to ECU button was greyed out. He had plenty of credits and said he’d never seen that happen before. The car has a fully stock ECU and fuel system. If anyone has ever run into this issue please let me know what I may be doing wrong.
