19 GT wont rev up on the Transrake

Its a 19GT, intake, headers on 93, its my first time testing the transbrake, the feature works, bumps forward but it wont rev up, just stays at 800-900 rpm no matter what i do with the accelerator.

Is there something im missing here?

Try this, also make sure trans temps is in operating temperature.

Have you tried to disable all three torque management in the transmission.
