P59 Computer question

I have a 2005 P59 from a Express van with a Vortec 4.3 4L60 2wd running OS 12592618. Found this a common OS.
Can I segment swap everything over from a 6.0 4L80 file with the same OS for my swap?

Will I need to do anything special since its a 4.3 computer other than segment swap?

As long as the OS matches you should be fine, but make sure and swap the diagnostic segments as well. And the same PCMs that control the v6s also control the v8s.
