Still doesnt wanna do a burnout...

Truck is a work in progress. Haven't touched maf or ve tables because I'm waiting on wideband.
Drivability is great, no issues with shifting as of now ha-ha.

Main issue is an off idle hesitation before the truck will allow the rpms to climb. I've gone through dozens of videos looking at possible causes but still can't figure it out.
Also, I believe related, the truck struggles to do a burnout. It just sits at 1500-1900 rpm and nothing.
08 Envoy with lh6 5.3ls, 4l60e, 3.73 rear with lsd, and I'm pretty sure all torque management is off. Only ever tried with Stabilitrac turned off, not just traction. Don't see why that would be any better, but its info, I guess.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

Also, only current mods to the truck are a good cai, and a dump after the factory y pipe.
Truck has tons of power driving, and pulls super hard for the setup. Just lacks power down low, or something is holding it back still.

Look at ECM 289 setting. Change it to Enable and try again.
I didnt see any attempt at a burnout in the datalog.

Its possible your rear brakes are just grabbing.

It could be, they are 4 wheel disc.
So enable the brake torque management, and keep the torque limit maxed?

That log didnt have an attempt at a burnout, but did have the off idle hesitation which is why i included it.

Try this. You will probably have to click (and hold for 8 seconds) the traction control button.

If you read the description for Brake Torque Management setting its kinda backwards from what you think. If you want to disable BTM when you turn traction control off then you have to set this to Enable.

[ECM] 2805 - Traction Control Runtime Enable: Engine runtime must be on for a certain time before the traction control system seeks torque reduction

Such a dumb way to have it setup backwords like that, but that fixed it lol. Burnouts are no problem now!
The off idle hesitation however, is still there...

Well you still need the tune the thing. I added 10% to the VVE which should help in the meantime, but it will still require work. Heck we don't even know your mods.

Thank you for the help! Ill log that tomorrow and update.
Only mods are a cold air intake and exhaust. No muffler, no resonator, just a turndown after the factory y pipe.
