Can't save edits

Hi, I'm new to all this so please be patient.

My tuner has sent me the tune file for my vehicle so I can make some edits. I have downloaded the software and make my changes but it will not allow me to save the file so I can send it back to my tuner to write into the vehicle.

Is it because my software hasn't been paired with an interface?
