IM Monitors won't set after very simple tune

This is the second one I have been having problems with getting to set the IM monitors lately.

Its a bone stock 15 Sierra 5.3
Did some very minor changes to PE, timing, DOD off of course

Truck refuses to set the monitors for the oxygen sensors and catalyst even after over 1500 miles.
I didnt even turn off any codes!

Anyone have any ideas?

Nothing jumped out at me in the tune. Only thing I can think of would be to "write all" vs just the calibration or go back to the stock tune.
