Try creating an account using your email & serial number on the back of the MPVI unit.
If that does not work please email me at support at hptuners dot com with that serial number as there has been a slight delay with our shipper getting us the serial numbers they are sending out so you might just be experiencing that delay...if so we can expidite the process by getting your serial number on file.
