Just got my stuff yesterday and I'm trying to get started. I went to do the license stuff and it telling me the interface is not found or nt responding. I turned the key on to the car and then plugged everything in. Did I mess something up or is something else wrong.
make sure you have both drivers installed mpvi A & mpvi B as described in the help file.

They're both installed. It is exactly the same problem this user had. I sent a pm to him and I'm hoping to see what fixed it for him.

I know you say the drivers are both installed, but please double & triple check that they are installed correctly as this is usually the problem when you cannot connect & you are just done setting up

I uninstalled and then reinstalled everything and now it's working.
