I notice the MAF reads right away, then stops reading as you keep cranking it.
Try unplugged the MAF.

Hard to say really. I guess make sure that the plug wires are on correctly and going to the right spot.
Could try disabling the VATS and see if that will make it start.
2005 and 2007 should be the exact same engine, so something simple must be off to make it not start.
