    e78 sierra 2500 2012 set fan electric

    hi all

my car is sierra 2500 2012

"I have installed electric fans for a 2013 GMC, and I have connected all the wiring correctly. When I tested the low and high speeds using the VCM Scanner, they are working. However, I want to adjust their programming, but I cannot find any option for that. Can you help me?"

Ive often seen where this can be a big issue with the E78 in the 2500 Trucks. Fans work with scanner but the ECM wont control them by ETC/AC pressure.

for the past 3 years i've been studying this issue regarding the 2011+ e78 ECM's and now i successfully achieved my goal.

so for starters my car is a 2015 GMC SIERRA 2500HD 6.0 L96 engine so i made them run while outputting a PWM signal from (X1 pin 41) and it works flawlessly no issues whatsoever but haven't tried the two speed function but i assume it will work also.

you need an costume calibration file which i have to install on your specific ECM + 1 pin change on your X2 connector and you should be good to go.

this calibration file can only be installed when you ship your ECM to me its a very dangerous file that could end up killing your ecm if 1 miss step happens.

E78 ecm drama is now finaly gone
