I?ll consider flipping the supercharger switch and see if anything changes in the Uconnect. The more I think of it, the only physical electronic part that?s different between ours and the 392 Durango is the ABS module, and I?m assuming it?s different for a reason. I might just have to order a used one off EBay and see what it does. It was also used on other vehicles other than the 392 and HC Durango, I wonder if the programming on them is all the same?

Yes. This allows the Launch and Shift Light screens to appear in uConnect, but when activating them, it doesn't work.

Yes, Ive even uploaded an entire BCM backup from a 392 into my BCM just in case theres anything thats not mapped out by Alfa, still wont work.

When I repolled for parameters after turning Launch on in the PCM, I saw VCM Scanner had a channel called "Launch Mode" ... so I added to my channel list.

It always shows "Off" when logging, even when uConnect shows launch being active. I assume this would flip to "On" if the PCM was receiving the proper signal to engage launch control ..

So the Hellcat TCM OS has some extra things our OS doesn't have, like a Stall Speed section

and a "Burnout Detection" section

stall speed is created by physical variables...

engine torque vs stator (and/or turbine) design

it is not adjustable in a tune

they have added converter stall speed [47666]

imo this is just a "model' for the TCM to consider for its other calculations - i do not believe this is any sort of limit



burnout detection [47873], on the other hand, is a god send : )

they should have added the burnout detection enable switch back in 2013

47666 is not a Hellcat only item, I have it in my tune as well.

I'm talking about the Stall Speed section which is Hellcat specific:

I'm looking at this trigger in my 2015 Hellcat right now. What is the effect of enabling this? Can you put the car in burnout mode? Currently I've been using a tazer but the less I can do with a tazer the happier the canbus has been I've noticed.

I took a break from this, I’ve been really busy with business and personal life, but I’m ready to start attacking this again. I think my next step is to send the ECM out to get a 392 OS instead of the TnG. I’d rather not have to send out the TCM, but if I have to I will. I know the factory LC doesn’t work great, but it bothers me enough that it doesn’t work lol.
