08 Yukon XL 6.2 VVT Delete HELP

After 275,000 miles I finally replaced my L92 with a fresh rebuild. Here's what I installed new: stock crank, stock pistons, Hastings rings, BTR Springs, BTR Trunnion Upgrade, BTR push rods, Earl Steam Vent Kit, Throttle Body, Melling High Volume Oil Pump, ACDELCO 2173347 Injectors, MSD Blaster Coils with coil pack wiring harness, Summit Pro LS Camshaft and Lifter kits (SUM-K8718R1), Summit VVT Delete kit, and replaced all sensors with GM genuine. Then I reused: stock heads, stock block, connecting rods, valve covers, L92 Valley Cover, and L92 intake.

Last night, I got the engine in. I deleted the VVT settings and DTC codes (but left the rest of the tune stock) and tried to fire it up on the stock tune. It coughed like it was getting too much fuel and it smelled rich. It was about 12.6 (ish) on my wide band and was trying to put 55 degrees advance on my timing and it just wouldn't stay running. So then, I forced 29 degrees advance on my timing and got it to run long enough to start a break in sequence. Oil pressure shot up to 70PSI and then slowly backed down to about 40. After that, I turned off the engine to top off the fluids and I couldn't get it to start again. This time it was trying to put 65 degrees of advance timing in and smelled rich. Then, we noticed a puddle of oil under the engine. It looked like it was coming from the rear main seal and drain plug. Any advice on where to go from here? I'm attaching my current tune.

Do you have a log to go with that?

    Stage 2: E37 & GenII L61 - Ran great, but too meh.
Stage 3: An LSJ is a good time in a 2000# car.

The tune still has the camshaft section set to one, aka still with VVT. That needs to be set to none and a non vvt front cover to be used.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Thank you for the help. I have it changed. I am going to start it up right now. Do I need to be worried about the 65 degree advanced?

Update: Some good news, thanks to your help it is running AND that fixed our timing issue. You just saved our family vacation next week. Thank you!
